The TikTok Creator Growth Playbook is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase. Because the file is accessible right away, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once the download link has been sent.

When we will issue a refund

• You did not receive the download link and we cannot deliver it.
• The file you received is corrupt or unreadable and we cannot replace it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

How to request one

Email hello@thehookplaybook.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will reply within a few business days.
